You have nice results now with such large implants. I would listen to your surgery. Do realize, with such heavy implants, you will sag more over time.

Thanks for nicely posted photos. I see your asymmetry issues. On the smaller right side I would exchange to larger implant, like 600 cc+, with fat grafts to lower breasts poles on the right breast.
