After waiting 25 years to get them redone from saline to silicone gel from 520 and 540 to 650 cc the doctor said that the smaller one still needs to drop. I got them done December 20, 2022 I gave him $10,000 to do my breast and do it correctly. I am completely embarrassed and beside myself they were not this way before. end of August and then he said he will decide would have to be done. He wants to remove skin off the bigger breast. I said no what would you do? Please help

You need the lift. measurements are needed to see if the doughnut lift or the vertical lift if needed. If comfortable, let your surgeon do the lift since he will not charge you.
I would try a revision followed with micro-needling first to see if the scars can be nicely improved. If there is too much weight, you may need to go somewhat smaller.
Your implant is sagging from the weight on the one breast more than the other. Please wear a good supporting bra. If it gets worse, this can be fixed, but you might need to go somewhat smaller.
