Hello-BA 4 months ago. Went in for small augmentation with donut lift. Got 240cc smooth round gel. All notes, contracts, charges were for this. Doc ‘decided’ not to do lift during surgery despite no complications. offered to do free lift now . Believe he forgot as he never let me know post-sx. So unhappy with my outcome and need revision. need new doc and recommendations. Snoopy look and severe animation deformity (pecs). Strongly prefer donut lift if possible. 53 yo, 116, 5’3”.
Answer: Breasts You need the lift. measurements are needed to see if the doughnut lift or the vertical lift if needed. If comfortable, let your surgeon do the lift since he will not charge you.

Answer: Breast Revision Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to breast revision surgery. Your case is not unusual. Many patients do not want a lift or try to get by with just a donut lift. In your case, you definitely need a lollipop mastopexy and definitely will not "get away" with a donut lift. The reality is that is your anatomy. The good news is you should be able to have an excellent result with a talented surgeon. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Implant exchange, capsulectomy, and breast lift (anchor) I would recommend implant exchange, partial capsulectomy because your implants are too high and are pushing the nipples down, contributing to your sagging, along with a breast lift to tighten the excess skin. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast revisions. Good luck!
