I’m 30F and have always been insecure about my forehead size. Is it disproportionate to the rest of my face and would my appearance improve if I got it reduced? Thank you

If you have a long forehead, with norm being 6 to 6.5 cm for a female, then a forehead reduction would be a great procedure to shorten your forehead. Below is an example that may be of help to you.

Yes, it is possible to do both forehead reduction (I guess you considering shaping of the forehead prominences) and lowering of hairline using fine zig-zag incision along hairline. With this technique forehead can be shortened up to 2,5 cm in my experience. Good luck.
