From the front of my face, my forehead is noticeably big, but when i turn to the side it seems worse. My forehead portrudes, creating this hump. It makes my eyes look extremely deep set, like theyre hiding under my forehead. I just want a flat forehead. What surgery could fix this

A protruding forehead is usually a combination of two things: the underlying frontal bone (the bony brow ridge and forehead curvature) and the overlying soft tissue. The right procedure depends on which is driving the appearance.
Forehead reduction or cranioplasty addresses the bone. This is a more involved procedure typically performed by a craniofacial-trained surgeon. The frontal bone can be burred down or in some cases the bony tablets are repositioned. Recovery is more substantial than soft tissue procedures (2 to 3 weeks typically) but the change is dramatic and permanent.
Brow contouring or supraorbital reduction is a less invasive variation that specifically reduces the bony brow ridge. This is common in facial feminization surgery and works well for patients whose main concern is the prominent brow rather than the full forehead.
Soft tissue adjustments alone (fat grafting to surrounding areas, hairline advancement to shorten a tall forehead) can help in some cases but don't change bony projection.
What I'd recommend: get evaluated by a craniofacial or facial plastic surgeon who does forehead reduction routinely. CT imaging is usually needed to plan the bony work properly. Ask to see before/after photos of forehead reductions specifically, because this is a procedure that varies a lot in execution quality.
If your concern is also related to scalp position or hairline, hairline advancement can be combined at the same operation in the right candidate.

Forehead contouring/reduction could help decrease the protrusion of your forehead. We would need a CT scan of your head to see where your sinus is, or if you even have one (some people don't).
