Is it possible to design a hairline when having a forehead reduction?

Hello everyone! I am thinking about getting a forhead reduction done (not hairtransplant) and was wondering whether designing a hairline was possible. I´m aiming for a very natural looking result and not a straight line. I´m a big fan of widow peaks and was therefore wondering if it would be possible to design one, since I dont have one. I just want a subtle one. I also just want my forhead lowered 0.5-1cm. I just want a small reduction that wouldnt change my identity but elevate my features. What would be the costs of such a procedure? Thank you for your time!

Yes, it is possible to do both forehead reduction (I guess you considering shaping of the forehead prominences) and lowering of hairline using fine zig-zag incision along hairline. With this technique forehead can be shortened up to 2,5 cm in my experience. Good luck.

Can one design a hairline with a forehead reduction-yes. Using the irregular Trichophytic procedure which I invented and have done more than 5000 your hairline can be designed so that hair grows through the incision so there is no obvious scar. Of course this depends on whether you are a candidate for this procedure  not without seeing you I cannot say, whether this is a procedure which is appropriate for you. Make sure you see a very experienced surgeon with this technique who can show you dozens of before and after photos with the hairline totally exposed.
