mid 20s feel like I look old and am not happy with my facial harmony/features. I’ve always wanted a rhinoplasty (and am planning to get it). Ive considered a lip lift but my smile is slightly gummy. I also feel like my forehead and chin is too big, my philtrum is too long & my lips are too small (fillers dont do much since my upper lip migrates easily). I also want a brow lift to address heaviness of my eyes but my forehead is big & ik it can make it worse; botox dont work. Suggestions?

You would definitely benefit from a conservative upper lip lift and that can absolutely be done at the same time as a face/neck lift. The length of your upper lip is not significantly long but slightly shorter would be a youthful look and may give you slight tooth show at rest. Hope that helps...
It is possible that you can undergo a lip lift again. More can be taken laterally than centrally to pull up the corners to correct the asymmetry. If the lip itself is fuller on one side then you may need this area resected surgical as well.
