Answer: Shape Thank you for your question. You could have revision surgery to move your implants more medial without problem. However if this is done your nipple complex will appear more lateral. It is difficult to move the nipple complex medially more than 5mm without doing a lift procedure. I would discuss your concerns with your PS.

Answer: Breast shape after augmentation He certainly seemed to have a very nice result. I would like to see the appearance with your arms at your side. It seems you may be indicating that you wish your nipple position were different. From the photographs, I think your implants are probably in excellent position. Your natural nipple position cannot be managed much at all with augmentation. You can look at your preoperative photographs and then imagine your original breast shape enlarged and enhanced, but not otherwise changed much.
