Hi that is a great question! A great option for your chin would be botox to the Mentalis muscle to help treat the wrinkles. I would start with treating the area with 6-8 units. You can also use filler to define the chin and jawline I would use Volux by juvederm. I would need to see a side profile in order to determine how many syringes to recommend to you.

Next we could use Vollure which is a smooth Juvederm filler to fill the fine lines around the mouth and chin area

For this you may benefit from a combination of toxin and filler to best soften that area. You would probably want 1 syringe of filler as a minimum but the best advice would be to see an experienced and qualified injector to help with this and suggest a plan in person. If I were to use one of the Juvéderm line of fillers, then my preference would be Juvéderm Volume. A full syringe and sometimes more than one syringe may be required, depending on the volume required. (One syringe of Juvéderm is equivalent to 1/5th of a teaspoon.) To alleviate the dimples, small amounts of Botox can be injected into specific areas of the chin. Lasers can also be used in some instances
