Hello, I had breast reduction on one of my breasts, breast lift on both, and fat transfer to both back in April 2023. In February 2024, I had a revision breasts lift with the same surgeon. Before the revision, I noticed a hard lump in my right breast at 2 o’clock and the same in my left breast at 10 o’clock but they were small. 2 months after the revision surgery, the lumps have grown significantly.Ultrasound showed fluid Collec and both are 5cm*4cm*3cm and suggest fat necrosis. Should I do FNA?

Dear Lexrae,
Thanks for your question. To maximize fat retention after a breast fat transfer, follow these tips:- Choose an Experienced Surgeon: Select a board-certified plastic surgeon with expertise in fat transfer.- Maintain Stable Weight: Avoid significant weight changes before and after...
Fat is soft tissue so your breast will not feel firm with fat added. Only breast tissue is firm. Fat can be added into actual breast tissue for more volume, but the volume achieved is limited. However, it can be repeated if you have more donor fat. Otherwise, consider implants.
Yes, these procedures can be performed at the same time whilst under general anaesthetic. would recommend choosing a practice with experts in both procedures in order to facilitate this.
