Big breast lumps after breast lift and fat transfer

Hello, I had breast reduction on one of my breasts, breast lift on both, and fat transfer to both back in April 2023. In February 2024, I had a revision breasts lift with the same surgeon. Before the revision, I noticed a hard lump in my right breast at 2 o’clock and the same in my left breast at 10 o’clock but they were small. 2 months after the revision surgery, the lumps have grown significantly.Ultrasound showed fluid Collec and both are 5cm*4cm*3cm and suggest fat necrosis. Should I do FNA?

If there is fluid collection you can either have your surgeon or a radiologist aspirate the fluid with a needle. It may need to be done more than once. The fluid should be sent to a lab for evaluation

If you do have fluid, you can have the radiologist remove it with a needle. Fat necrosis does not look like breast cancer on mammograms and is very distinct. The lumps would have to be excised if you want them removed.
