Any treatments to make my butt look bigger?

I don’t want surgery; don’t have time to exercise much. Any treatments such as laser, massages, anything? I have heard something about Silhouette threads, but I have seen something that burns the nearest part of the butt making the illusion of a bigger buttocks.

Traditionally the only way to treat symptomatic (hard, painful, and/or infected) silicone granulomas in the buttock is to directly excise the problematic area, unfortunately leaving a deforming contour and large scar.  If treatment is rendered earlier than later, before...

The good news is, at this point you are at very low risk for any sudden life threatening event.  The bad news is, it is inevitable that you will eventually incur a complication such as migration, hardening, and/or infection (least likely of the three).  In the meantime enjoy life...
