I mean I've heard it's mostly water and some places outside of the US use it. I've heard people died from silicone and "hydrogel" but they were told it was hydrogel when it really wasn't. I'm just curious because I want a bigger butt and all but don't have enough fat for a Brazilian butt lift and implants I feel wouldn't really do much for me
