I had butt injections in Atlanta by a well known injector 2 1/2 years ago. I'm scared! Do all women die from these injections?

The good news is, at this point you are at very low risk for any sudden life threatening event.  The bad news is, it is inevitable that you will eventually incur a complication such as migration, hardening, and/or infection (least likely of the three).  In the meantime enjoy life until any of these occur.  Glad to help. 

Buttock augmentation with the patient's own fat is commonly performed and has minimal risks.  Injections with non FDA approved products has increased risks of infection and foreign body reactions such as granulomas, hardening and nodules.

I do not believe there is any risk on your life now. What ever was injected to the buttocks, may get infected, it may cause granulomas, ( hard lumps), Pain . If that happens you will need surgery to remove the hard lumps and as much of the injected material as possible. Mean while enjoy your new born and hope you will have no problems
