My eyes look great, thanks to 20 years of Retin-A. Forgot to put it on my lower half ; ) How can I address the lines/indentations right below the corners of my mouth? If I use fillers, I am afraid to get that "obvious" look. I want the most natural look.

Answer: Lower facelift candidate Thanks for sharing. You are a good candidate for a lower face and neck lift. These procedures target the nasolabial fold, jowl, marionette folds and neck. Though there are some limitations to how much it will lift the fold at the corners of the mouth. Here, some additional filler after surgery may be required for your desired result. A lower facelift can give you a natural result but should not "pull the mouth" Contact a few experienced board certified surgeon. Best of luck!
