Is this normal? If not, What if anything can be done to fix it?

I recommend following up with your surgeon about your concerns. A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement for sagging on the face. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes. Best, Dr. Emer

It seems that these photos were taken in different time during recovery.  The last photo has substantial submental swelling, whereas the first two photos look much better.  You need to talk to your plastic surgeon for advise.   Microneedling and RF treatment combined with laser resurfacing can help your condition.

It almost looks like these photos were not taken the same time during your recovery.  Without pre op photos, its difficult to see the type of improvement which was achieved, especially if you're commenting that persistent sagging is present.  In this case, its best to go over your pre and post op photos with your doctor and discuss any further course of action.
