Lost 120# had TT and BAM (love my results) but I feel like my upper excess skin and back boobs are more prominent now. Is it possible to have my excess skin from my back, arms, and right under my breast removed and is it possible for them to be done at the same time? I don't plan on losing more weight so I am not sure if I have enough skin to remove.

Answer: Excess skin Dear Apollo star,it is hard to tell without an examination. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery

Answer: Skin removal after weight loss Congrats on your initial surgeries. Yes, you can have excess skin and fat removed directly from the back/bra roll area and the arms (Brachioplasty). Physical exam in the office would be required to advise you as to how much skin could be removed. Some of your excess tissue might benefit from liposuction but it's the interplay between fat fullness and skin laxity that exam will tell us, in order to help you decide whether direct skin excision is required in each area of concern or if lipo may be appropriate. See a board-certified plastic surgeon with expertise in body contouring.
