Tummy Tuck and BBL together? Is it safe?

I’m wanting a tummy tuck and bbl done at the same time. I think all I need is a mini TT for the mom pooch. Is it safe and would my healing time be quicker if I don’t have a full tummy tuck compared to a mini?

Select a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of liposuction, BBLs, and TTs each year with favorable patient feedback, and hundreds of before and after photos in their gallerird on their websites. Combining the surgeries is safe but the recovery, although manageable, is difficult when sleeping.
The TT will be the only surgery to address abdomen skin laxity in the appropriate fashion.  With a TT,  the stretchmarks to the level of the belly button are generally removed, sometimes more. The amount of skin removed in a TT depends upon the surgeon's technique and the patient's tissue characteristics.   Recommend having the BBL performed before the TT so that fat harvested from liposuction of the sides, abdomen, and back can be transferred to the buttocks.

Thanks for the question. Yes, it is safe. If you want to get you can get a BBL and tummy tuck at the same time. But first of all you need to lose some more kilos. After you lose kilos, you should meeting with a Board Certified Surgeon and planning the process. After planning, everything will be better. I wish you all the best.

A tummy tuck and a breast lift are excellent surgeries to do together.  It is called a mommy makeover and makes for an unbelievable outcome in many patients.  I do them together frequently and find it one of the most satisfying procedures from a patient happiness perspective. Other patients may have a breast augmentation or even a reduction depending on their individual needs.It is hard to tell from photos what the best option is for a tummy tuck.  The real goal is to give you a beautiful result that looks natural.  There is a slight advantage to the mini-tummy tuck from a healing perspective, but overall I suggest you pick the right surgery for the long term.  The most important thing for you is to have a surgeon that can conceal your result so that you can wear a bikini without anyone knowing that you had surgery.   The two keys are a beautiful belly button and a low scar.  I can not stress this enough. If these are done well you can wear a bikini and no one may know you had surgery.  If they are done poorly you may never wear one in public again.  Make sure to see lots of examples of the belly button that your surgeon can make.Hope that helps,Rodger Shortt, Oakville Plastic Surgeon

It's safe to do a tummy tuck with BBL simultaneously. Tummy tuck usually involves liposuction of the hips, which can also be used for the BBL. Please discuss your specific aesthetic goals with your surgeon. Please ask your surgeon to show your before and after pictures of

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. If you send a a front picture would help to evaluated the need of a tummy tuck.
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Based on your pictures you are good candidate for  liposuction with a minil tummy tuck. This combination has 
become a very common procedure. It is safe to combine the two procedures
 mainly to address the hip and flank areas. This is a very effective way
 to extenuate the contour of the waist along with the abdominoplasty. It
 is also important to realize that there is usually a limit on how much 
fat can be remove in a combined procedure. 
  
In general you may be a good tummy tuck and liposuction candidate if: 
  
You are physically healthy and at a stable weight 
  
You have realistic expectations 
  
You are a non-smoker 
  
You are bothered by the appearance of your abdomen. 
  
 I recommend to book a consultation with a board certified plastic 
surgeon in your area to discuss the best options for your goals. Good

Thank you for asking his question!  We are asked this quite frequently in our practice, and yes, in my opinion and at our practice, it is safe and something we do approximately 1-2 times per week.  Based on that one view you included, I agree that you would not need a full abdominoplasty, and yes, recovery is typically quite a bit quicker since there is less tissue dissection. Yes it is safe have both procedures together. You are a great candidate for liposuction, I would recommend you an 
 evaluation to determinate how much fat can be harvested,and also if you are candidate or not for tummy tuck, the liposuction can be performed on your back, flanks, abdomen and thighs, if you want also fat transfer to buttocks to give you a heart shape. You will get beautiful results.
