I've had this dark bruise like area for years (never injured). I've had filler there AND fat grafting with minimal improvement. Would a pre-jowl implant be a good idea for this or would it change the shape of my face too much?

It is impossible to say that you have a witch's chin based on the photo that you posted. In general, a witch's chin is a droopy chin, and this cannot be assessed with your photograph. I'm sorry I could not be more helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Chin clefts are pretty complex and I’m not easily treated.
The cleft is not going to be corrected by the use of an implant.
My best recommendation is to talk to the surgeon who is going to do your procedure.
