Is my lower jaw slightly recessed? Don’t like how small it is compared to the rest of my side profile. (photo)

It looks like my lower jaw is more recessed compared to the rest of my side profile? I have two premolar extractions on the top teeth when I was younger. Braces on both top and bottom, I think to line them up.

It is impossible to say that you have a witch's chin based on the photo that you posted. In general, a witch's chin is a droopy chin, and this cannot be assessed with your photograph. I'm sorry I could not be more helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

The bony aspect of the chin can contribute to a cleft of the chin so a CT of the mandible would be helpful. In some cases, subcision and fat injection. can make the contour smooth. A smaller implant would be recommended to maintain a feminine appearance of the chin.

Personally, I believe you have a pleasing appearance to your chin on front view and profile view. It's not clear what you mean by it's poking out. If your chin implant is causing any sort of discomfort, it could be misplaced, and removal would be curative. In our experience, you could certainly...
