It looks like my lower jaw is more recessed compared to the rest of my side profile? I have two premolar extractions on the top teeth when I was younger. Braces on both top and bottom, I think to line them up.

Chin clefts are pretty complex and I’m not easily treated.
The cleft is not going to be corrected by the use of an implant.
My best recommendation is to talk to the surgeon who is going to do your procedure.
