I'm 22F, I want to know how I can soften my witch chin and how I can get rid of the the prominent lines on the sides of my chin

The contour of the chin ca be changed in a number of ways. The chin can be positioned back, shortened, lengthened, and shaved. The type of procedure will depend on the amount of prominence.

You would benefit from a chin implant.  This is done through a intra-oral approach so there is no external scar.  The chin implant has wings that will soften those concavities you do not like.

The key is to understand what is making your chin shaped that way. Is it soft tissue? Bone? Both? Does it sag from the side?
