The contour of the chin ca be changed in a number of ways. The chin can be positioned back, shortened, lengthened, and shaved. The type of procedure will depend on the amount of prominence.

You would benefit from a chin implant. This is done through a intra-oral approach so there is no external scar. The chin implant has wings that will soften those concavities you do not like.
