My chin implant is crooked and I can feel it poking out on one side. You can't tell by looking at it. Is it okay to leave it in? I also think it is still a little big for my face and sticks out too much. It is a small chin implant. Would my chin look too small without it? Or would it look better without it?There is also some lines at the bottom of my chin that weren't there before. I am worried about bone resorption also. Does this happen I most people with chin implants?
