"Pimple” like bump on my lip 2 weeks after filler. Any idea what this could be?

It is quite difficult to answer without any photos. There can be some swelling and/or lumps after lip injections which can last 1-2 weeks. You can apply firm pressure between two fingers on the lips for a few days, for 5 mins a time, in order to help decrease swelling and even out the lumps. If you're unhappy with your final results you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. I recommend speaking to your physician. Best, Dr. Emer

Without a photo it is difficult to tell what is going on.  It could be residual swelling, or product that has not smoothed out.  It could also be some bleeding into the tissue. You can gently massage the area to see it it improves.  If it does not continue to improve or you have any other concerns you should contact your provider.
