I have always wanted to get rid of the bump on my nose but have never liked the idea of going under the knife. Recently I learned about nonsurgical rhinoplasty and I'm extremely interested. I'm just wondering if these fillers eventually start to affect the face in adverse ways. Since most of them are not permanent, I assume most patients go back regularly every year. After having it done many times, does the face start to change in weird ways? Or does it always go back to normal?

Thank you for your question. Lip exercises can increase the strength of the orbicular muscle around the mouth. Unfortunately this tends to case vertical lines around the mouth. This can be seen in many smokers who use the muscle to puff on cigarettes. This will not affect your nose in any way....
