I had a consultation earlier today. The DR told me he only does 350-500cc, which at the time seemed normal. But after I watched a few videos I noticed a lot girls get over 600cc. I really need advice before i go through this PLEASE AND THANK YOU :)
Answer: Lipo and BBL. I’m 5’8 and weight 170. Is 500cc enough to see a difference in my body? (photos) 500 cc is not very much in most cases. Based upon your BMI, you may have enough fat for over 500cc per buttock. Remember that on the average, 1/2 of the transferred fat lives. The final shape of the buttocks is largely determined by the starting anatomy, the distensibility of the tissues injected, and the surgical skill employed by the plastic surgeon. Significant volume can be added to the buttocks, producing much larger, more projected buttocks. The fat is expertly placed to produce very shapely, custom tailored buttocks. Even large defects in the buttocks or marked asymmetry can be remedied with this fat transfer technique. Certain aspects of the buttocks or hips may not be improved as much if the tissues do not allow for much stretch or cannot accommodate the fat that is transferred. In these cases, the final result will be limited by the skin envelope. This is an issue that cannot be completely controlled by the surgeon. Finally, the ability of some patients to heal and retain more of the fat than another patient accounts for differences in shape and results following BBL. Consult via Skype or email with a board certified PS who is an expert in lipo and BBLs, and has hundreds of before and after photos on his/her website along with favorable patient reviews.

Answer: Lipo and BBL. I’m 5’8 and weight 170. Is 500cc enough to see a difference in my body? Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the photos you posted are hiding the areas you are asking about. Need to post photos without clothing which hide and compress these areas. Liposuction and a BBL is a technical and artistic operation. It is as important to sculpt the torso as the enhancement and shaping of the buttocks. I can "guesstimate" the amount of fat transfer into the buttocks, but the actual volume depends on the skin laxity, thickness of the subcutaneous fat layer (fat between the skin and the muscle fascia), fibrous bands in the fat and distensibility of the fat compartment. Of the little areas that are exposed in your photos, you have enough fat that can give you an hourglass figure.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Maya0589, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lipo and BBL. I’m 5’8 and weight 170. Is 500cc enough to see a difference in my body? (photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: BBL Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
