If I have a Mirena IUD in as my treatment of uterine cancer, am I able to still get a BBL?

I was diagnosed in March 2020. I am not on medication or in chemo. I have an iud in as my treatment.

If the IUD has a hormonal component, removal may be considered to reduce the risk for venous clots. This should be considered on a case by case basis. You will need to clear this with the board certified plastic surgeon who performs your BBL and your gynecologist.

Having an IUD or a history of uterine cancer there’s not a transcription exclude you from having a BBL by themselves.
I suggest you discuss this with your OB/GYN and have a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have experience with this procedure.
