I'm sorry that you were disappointed with microneedling and with the Morpheus treatments. However, I am not surprised. Microneedling, which I have been professionally performing for over twenty-three years, is best reserved for treating very superficial, skin surface textural and color irregularities; it is not particularly effective for deeper etched-in lines and folds. And I have been cautioning my regular followers for years now about exercising a very healthy dose of buyer beware when considering throwing out their money on so many of the "bells and whistles" light and energy based devices being hawked out there as these unfortunately are backed by a whole lot of marketing and social media hype and little hard science. Sorry, again. At least from the couple of photos provided, a robust HA filler in the cheeks would help to create a more oval, heart-shaped face and secondarily--by providing a lift-- improve the depth of the nasolabial folds; for the already etched-in creases, a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler injected more superficially can elevate and smooth these. Make certain to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos of treatment of this kind of problem. And be cautious going forward if offered some other expensive, "next big thing" fraxel or RF device. Hope this helps and best of luck.
