What can I do to improve my facial features?

I would like some feedback as to what treatments, surgery etc. could feminize and beautify my face. Any comments or advice is appreciated.

Thank you for your question. There are a handful of characteristics that are scientifically proven to comprise an attractive face. These features are: short upper lip; high cheekbones; small nose; short distance between the chin and mouth; large eyes that are widely spaced apart; fine jawline; and petite chin. Always consult with a board facial plastic surgeon to discuss your aesthetic goals and recovery expectations.

Facial feminization for the female. The most important issue is your very low brow position which masculinization your face. This should be done using the Irregular Trichophytic Incision which I have used in hundreds of patients for the past 44 years. This will lower your hairline and raise your brows with hair growing thru the scar so it is not seen.

Thank you for sharing your photos and your questions.I would say that a rhinoplasty to reduce the size and the width of the nose would help the midface to look more refined and feminine. For the upper 1/3, a browlift will help you look refreshed and give a greater angle to the lateral brow.  This can be done at the same time as a forehead reduction/ hairline advancement.Best of luckDr Rodman
