Thank you for sharing your photos and your questions.I would say that a rhinoplasty to reduce the size and the width of the nose would help the midface to look more refined and feminine. For the upper 1/3, a browlift will help you look refreshed and give a greater angle to the lateral brow.  This can be done at the same time as a forehead reduction/ hairline advancement.Best of luckDr Rodman
