How to make my side profile more feminine? (photos)

I feel that raising your brows as well as feminizing your nose and your cheeks will bring a great deal of attractiveness to your face. Increasing the volume of the cheeks can be done either with implants or fillers. Rhinoplasty will produce a nice scoop to our nose and rotate the tip for a more feminine look. Your forehead shape is perfect so I would not touch that,

Facial feminization in the female. The combination of a rhinoplasty to remove your hump and refine your tip etc. along with cheek and chin implants will give you the facial balance and feminine attractiveness for you face. These should be balanced so as not to overdo any of these. See a very experienced FFS for this who can show you dozens of his results that look natural.

There are a few things that may be easier to answer with other views or video, but the two main things I would suggest are bringing more light into your eyes and making your nose smaller. 
You can bring more light into your eyes by raising the eyebrows and adding cheek implants or fillers to your cheeks. Adding more volume to your cheeks with bounce light back into your eyes. Your brows appear to be a little low which makes your eyes smaller and creates a shadow. 
The shape of your nose from the side is good, but your tip is coming too far out from your face (overprojected). Making your nose smaller will itself feminize your face significantly. Adding a small chin implant will also create the illusion of your nose being slightly smaller.
