I am especially referring to the lower part of my face (jawline and chin) My jawline is wide and I have a very square chin. My face shape is making me look fat and unrefined in the face. It’s also very masculine looking. I just want to look more feminine and attractive. Even in my thinnest it has always remained like that. What procedures would give me a heart shaped/oval face as well as a more pointed and feminine chin and slim jawline like the models in these pictures? I'm looking for permanent or long-lasting results.
