I've always been insecure about my masculine face shape? Looking for permanent results what are my options? (Photos)

Thank you for your question!  I have been performing facial feminization surgery for over 15 years.  What's interesting, is that even cis-gendered woman are now seeking to feminize their faces because, it assists in softening some of their outstanding masculine characteristics.  I normally recommend you obtain a panorex xray so that we can visualize the anatomy of the jaw prior to any surgical procedure.  Seeking a surgeon who performs a number of these surgeries would help in the evaluation process to see if there is anything else needed to be performed at the same time to soften your appearance.  Often, contouring your jawline and chin would be all that is needed, but not always.  I hope this helps!

 Chin reduction and contouring will make  your children less square and more feminine. An examination is needed to see and feel your chin so I have more details as to what needs to be done. For example does the side profile of your chin require reduction of projection as well. Facial feminization is making all the pieces fit. See a very experienced FFS and look at his photos of patients he has done. 

I would recommend the buccal fat pad removal procedure and facial liposuction to give the "heart-shape" look that you included in your photos.
