You can definitely remove your butt implants and have a safe subcutaneous injection of fat for your BBL. As for the PMMA, why would you add that to a BBL? It is sometimes used for patients who aren’t candidates for BBL, but doesn’t last long and has risks of complications including product allergy that aren’t usually worth accepting. It is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You can get implant removal and wait until you are fully healed before you get BBL surgery or you can do it at the same time. In any case, fat should be injected above the muscle in order to avoid complications. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
