I am embarrassed to ask this, but can $1500 pay for the chin liposuction procedure? I've spent with my chin more than I wanted doing the kybela and coolsculpting (used Ideal Image), I've done on my belly and chin. It did not work at all! I'm desappointed. Anyways, any doctor that offers a treatment (fat suction) for this problem? It doesn't work coolsculpting and kybella. I wish I had this app before going for the bill.
Answer: Cost of a chin implant? Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. See the below link on suggestions on how to find the most qualified plastic surgeon for your procedure. General Factors that influence the price of plastic surgery include: 1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. RealSelf has average charges for most areas of the USA. 2. Type of Anesthesia - local, IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a board certified anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, or an RN be used? 3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best and longest trained is most often a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery 4. Length and Complexity of Surgery - how difficult will your surgery be and how long it will take, etc. Will other complementary procedures also be also performed during the same surgery?

Answer: Failed Kybella and Coolsculpting Thank you for your pictures. I am sorry that your Kybella and Coolsculpting did not work. Your best option at this point would be neck tumescent liposuction. I also recommend a sliding genioplasty to improve your chin projection which would further improve your neck contour. Cost varies with geographic area and surgeon's experience. Best wishes.

Answer: Chin Lipo dear Patient: i'm so sorry you had to go through this! I don't recommend Kybella to my patients its a waste of your money! The price you mention could be a Neck Liposuction with local anaesthesia But you would need to attend consults by Board Certified Plastic Surgeons to make sure it can be done under local anaesthesia! Hope this helps!

Answer: Where can I find the cost for chin liposuction? From the limited photographs, there are several issues going which require much more than Liposuction. First of all, the chin is quite recessive, so it's important to consider a chin implant to augment the bony framework supporting the soft tissues in the neck. This can accomplish augmenting the chin forward, and is complementary to the improving the jawline. There are two compartments of fat in the neck, above and below the platysma muscle. Liposuction will only remove the portion of fat above the platysma muscle. A neck lift is required to remove the fatty deposits underneath the platysma muscle which also requires a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jaw line. Liposuction should be performed for diet resistant fat only, when patients are at their ideal body weight and a BMI less than 34
