This is difficult to answer without pictures, but yes, hip dips can be improved with liposuction and fat transfer. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I think the biggest question you have to ask yourself is what kind of outcomes you expect. If you want a drastic improvement then your remove The majority of the fat over your torso. Lastly you fill the areas where the indentation or hip dips are. I have transferred fat to the hips of some of my BBL patients who have requested it. It can make a nice change. You would need to be seen in person to see if it is right for you. Costs vary not only doctor to doctor and region  to region, but varies depending on how many areas of liposuction are needed and how big those areas are and mostly how  long it will take to do the surgery.
