I have huge hip dips and I was wondering how I can get rid of them either with injections or surgery, any suggestions?

This is difficult to answer without pictures, but yes, hip dips can be improved with liposuction and fat transfer. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. Generally speaking, you can harvest fat from one site and transfer it to somewhere else (in this case in hip dips). I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. I have transferred fat to the hips of some of my BBL patients who have requested it. It can make a nice change. You would need to be seen in person to see if it is right for you.
