I have had small eyes since a child and they never got wider/bigger. As I have gotten older people have often said nasty comments leaving me anxious. I do not have any issues with my eyesight apart from feeling self conscious about the way they look. I would prefer non surgical treatment but would consider surgery if it could make my eyes bigger/wider.
Answer: You have bilateral upper eyelid ptosis that is worse on the right side. You ptosis is pretty severe. I personally think that plexr as an eyelid procedure is a scam. It looks dramatic but they never show you long term results. It will not correct the under lying eyelid structure. You need surgery to address your eyelids. I can go further and advise you that you need an anterior levator resection ptosis surgery.

Answer: SUrgery it appears you have ptosis of the upper eyelids, thats why your eyes appear to be more closed than most. This is easily fixed with a simple surgery. There is no non surgical tx for this unfortunately. You should go see 2-3 surgeons whom specialize in surgery of the face and/or eyes. NOT every plastic surgeon performs the surgery you require.

Answer: Droopy eyelids Thank you for your photo. It is best to have an in-office eye examination by a qualified surgeon to determine your anatomy as well as the function of your eyelids before making a decision on the type of procedure to have. From your photo alone, it appears that you may have eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelids) which are lower than they should be when you are looking straight ahead normally. This can be only be truly repaired with surgery because the tiny muscles and tissues of the eyelid need to be manually manipulated and repaired to elevate your eyelid. Non surgical treatments may temporarily tigthen your skin and lift your eyelids, but will not last long and are not correcting the underlying issue. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MD Plastic Surgery

Answer: Droopy eyelids Thank you for your question. Based on the photo provided, you have droopy eyelids (ptosis). The right eyelid is droopier than the left eyelid, and your right eyebrow is higher to compensate. Ptosis can be treated with surgery. See an eyelid specialist for a comprehensive examination, and to determine the best treatment options for you. Best wishes.
