What should I buy to prepare for my butt implant surgery?

Whatever surgeon you choose should have a competent list of items and/or instructions on how to prepare best for your buttock implant surgery. That being said, unlike BBL surgery, a compression garment and a “BBL pillow“ is usually not necessary or helpful, provided the implants are properly placed within the gluteus muscles. Glad to help.

The best thing you can get is a pillow that will allow you to sit without putting pressure on your buttock for about 10 days post op. Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well know for their work in this field.
