Hello Drs. I really want to achieve a nice butt shape as in 4th picture (girl with the bikini) via fat transfer but I'm afraid that I do not have enough fat. I refuse to get butt implants. Is the look achievable with my current body? If not, is there a procedure to create fat ? I eat a lot but do not gain weight what so ever. I'm looking to get this done within the next 6 months if possible. Thank you for any advice. I uploaded three pictures of myself. 2 back shots and a side/front shot.
Answer: BBL on 5'3 and 125lbs female? It difficult to tell without examining you, but based on your photos is does not appear that you have enough fat to transfer to obtain your goal look. Regardless, you still may have nice improvement from a BBL surgery. You'll just have a more modest result.

Answer: Candidate for BBL Thanks for your question and photos. It's appears a BBL would be a good option for you. However, it's important to take into account that you may not achieve the exact same results as your wish picture. Managing expectations is important when considering any type of surgical procedure. During this procedure, fat is harvested via liposuction from different areas of the body such as waist, back, flanks and thighs and then transferred to the buttocks. I recommend an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate how much fat can be removed at your current size. Then they can also give you a better idea of what the expected results would be.

Answer: BBL candidate Hi dear, thank you for your question and pictures. You don't seem to have enough fat to achieve your wish pic, but you'll still get a good result with your liposuction and BBL. You could try to gain some weight with a Nutricionist if you can't make it by yourself. Beside BBL and Butt implants i don't recommend any other metod of buttocks improvement. Good luck.

Answer: BBL on 5'3 and 125lbs female The most popular procedure right now for enhancing the butt is the Brazilian Butt Lift in which fat is taken from other places and re-injected back into the butt. You would be able to get some enhancement with fat grafting and lipo of the hip and back to carve out more curve. However, the key point for consideration is whether you have "enough" to reach your goals. Realistically, you do not have enough fat on you to make your butt as big as you the current version of the photo you provided. I suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what options you have for a moderate enhancement. Dr Scott Ennis - Plastic Surgeon – Destin and Miami , Fl
