I had my subpectoral silicone implants replaced (after 8 months), to reduce by 150cc. After 1st surgery, scar on my right breast tethered to tissues underneath and made my nipple deform with arm raised. Surgeon released the scar during revision, but it's back again and worse. I'm 2 weeks post-op, and my nipple is dented in, even at rest. Is there anything I can do on my own now to correct or reduce this? Massage, shots? I don't want to wait on Dr & miss my window of opportunity, if there is one.
