Thank you for your picture. I agree with Drs. Feng and Trevisani that overfilling your implants is an idea that will be fraught with issues in the long run.  Please give careful consideration when choosing to continually increase your breast size.Best wishes.

I do not think it is a good idea to overfill overfilled implants. You will weaken the implants faster and stretch out and thin your breast tissue more over time.

I'm sure you can locate a Surgeon who would accommodate your needs. However, I do not personally believe it is in your best interests to pursue this path, therefore I would not do it nor would I recommend that you do it. 

Overfilling of the implant that much is clearly well beyond the limits that are set from the manufacturer. You may need to find a doctor who does not care or who can find a custom implant manufacturer which was once available. Good Luck!

Thank you for the question. Saline breast implants are usually filled within a range provided by the breast implant manufacturer. Utilizing saline volumes in the upper range of the manufacturer's recommendations helps cut down on concerns such as breast implant rippling. Sometimes, patients who are looking for a certain "round, fake look" benefit from the use of overfilled saline implants.  This involves filling the saline implants past the range provided by the manufacturer.  I have found, through significant experience, that for the  APPROPRIATELY SELECTED PATIENT, very nice outcomes can be achieved safely.  Some of my happiest long-term patients have been patients with larger volume breast implants.
 
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural of fake look” or "D or DD cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice. 
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.
