Can I reverse the fat grafting to my buttocks ?

I had liposuction done to my thighs nine months ago, and while I was under the Doctor decided to give me fat transfer to my buttocks because he thought it would help lift my buttocks ? This was done without my consent, and it looks terrible ! Question ! What is the possible outcome if I have it removed ?

You can have liposuction done to remove the fat.  If it is a small area, something non-invasive such as Ultrashape +/- Velashape or Liposonix would be useful.  I suggest posting photos for us to give you a better opinion.  Also, if your story is the truth, I suggest seeking another physician.  No procedure should ever be performed without your consent and full explaination prior to the procedure.  You will need a physician who is experienced in revision surgery. There are ways to reverse fat grafting to any part of your body, especially your buttocks.  Just like other areas of fat in your body, liposuction is usually the best way of removing unwanted fatty deposits.  Very similar to what you have already undergone for other parts of your body. Also, you should discuss your concerns about the unwanted procedure with your surgeon.  In most circumstances, no invasive procedure should ever be performed without the patient's consent.

Yes, fat should be able to be removed from that area unless it is very scarred but something can usually be done to improve and help you!
