The fat that's removed during fat transfer doesn't regrow from where it was removed, but the remaining fat cells in the area can still enlarge if you gain weight.

I'm surprised you had fat transfer to your chest, I'm always removing fat and defining the fat and glands for bodybuilders.  You can liposuction out the fat but I suggest waiting a few months. The end results can take 3-6 months to be fully apparent, you are only 8 days out and will be very...
