My upper lip has dropped after septo-rhinoplasty. My surgeon shortened my nasal spine, de projected my nose, my collumella dropped subsequently, &de- rotated my tip. these are what I believe led to my lip dropping. My lip has lost its shape & it changed my look for the worse. When I lift and pull forward my columella just a bit with my finger, my lip perks back up into its previous shape. Is there a procedure that can lift my lip by lifting the columella? I wouldn't mind my nose being lifted with it, too
