Any suggestions for nasolabial folds on a 21 year old female? (photos)

I am 21, and I have nasolabial folds, or marionette lines on my face. I am highly insecure about this and am saving money to get treatment. I just want to know what the best treatment would be? Restylane? Fat fillers? Radiesse? Hyaluronic acid? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Everyone has a different facial
structure, which results in different lines becoming noticeable at various
stages in life. You mention both nasolabial folds and marionette lines, which
are two separate things. Marionette lines extend from the corners of the lips
down to the side of the chin, and you don’t appear to have prominent lines in
that area. Nasolabial folds run from the sides of the nose down to the corners
of the mouth. Yours are visible but are fairly shallow, and would respond well
to several different injectable dermal fillers. Restylane® or RADIESSE® can be
used to treat and fill your lines. The most important consideration is that you
seek out treatment from someone who is experienced and skilled in administering
dermal filler injections. This will help you to achieve the most natural
looking results.

It appears you have some lipoatrophy, which is just less fat in the midface and likely need fillers to this area which will make the folds less noticeable.  Fat or bellafill are good long term options, radiesse and sculptra are good semi long term options and all the HA fillers like voluma/perlane etc are good for immedaige improvement but wont last that long.  Find someone with experience and I suggest cannula injections to limit complications.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I would use Juvederm since your lines are superficial in general and you do not want lumps.  See an experienced injector for this.

A firm filler like Perlane could be certainly improve the nasolabial fold. You should consider augmentation to not just the fold but the entire cheek.

The grooves are best augmented with fillers such as Radiesse or Juvederm. Longer lasting correction is achieved with fat injections which I have done for almost 30 years. These alternatives can be discussed after an examination.
