In some cases, patients are candidates for both and it makes a really nice difference. You could always start with the buccal fat pad removal and see if that gives you the shape you are looking for. Based on these photos, you do look like yuou could be a candidate for buccal fat removal, as long as you aware of the potential risks that it may "age" your face.

It is tough to assess cheek volume without a head on photo, but you might consider buccal fat reduction if you desire to slim the middle/lower face. Please keep in mind that you lose facial fat volume with age. If buccal fat reduction is done too aggressively or in the wrong candidate, it may lead to an overly hollow appearance down the road. Regarding your chin, you could consider a procedure called submental microliposuction. This is often performed with the patient awake in clinic.
