If I keep losing weight, but my face is still round and fat, should I remove buccal fat? (Photos)

alix.bradford
Hi! I’m a 24 yo Asian female who is 5’6 and 113 lbs, my face fat doesn’t seem to go away with age or weight loss, do you think buccal fat removal procedure would help me get a flatter (more balanced, less bulging) face profile? Half of my family has cheeks but they’re not as bulging as mine but they’re still sagging as they’re aging. I was also wearing braces from ages 12 to 18, and got a recessed jawline bone because of it (everyone in my family has a balanced jawline), so could you please recommend me something for that as well? Preferably not fillers or masseter Botox as I think it will definitely cause jowls later for someone who has cheeks as big as mine :) Should I wait for a couple more years? I can’t lose more weight, as it’s unhealthy at this point. I was considering getting fat dissolving injections in my double chin area, is it safe for vision and facial nerves? What if I get it done to the cheek area as well? Thank you so so much in advance for any advice!
