I need a rhinoplasty and look at doctors before and afters in my area and feel like I would not be happy with the results. Most I feel didn't change enough to make a visible difference. The bulbous tip is adderssed with suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages and sometimes a conservative cartilage removal.
