Can pressing on my nose bump make it BIGGER?

The nasal bump on your nose is from bone and cartilage beneath the skin.  You would have to press hard enough to break these structures and reposition them to get a change in your nasal profile and reduce the bump.  This would be very uncomfortable.  All the pressing you have been doing May be causing some swelling of the soft tissues and making the appearance even larger so it's best to stop that.  A good savings plan and possible help from relatives may help you reach a financial goal where you can get a permanent correction of the bump by having a well done rhinoplasty.

It is possible to fracture deviate the septum by pushing, but you would have to have done it very forcefully and probably painfully.  As far as making the bump larger, I don't think so.  Why don't you stop all these things that don't work and think about saving up for rhinoplasty (I know you did not want to hear that....sorry)
