The one caveat is if your surgeon uses fat in the naso-jugal groove (junction between nose and cheek/lower eyelid region) to help blend in the lower eyelid augmentation, in which case the pressure from the glasses might cause displacement of the fat in this region. Consultation with the surgeon performing the procedure regarding specific post-operative restrictions is encouraged.
There should be no problem wearing sunglasses after fat grafting under the eyes. Just make sure the eyepieces or rims are not pressing down directly on the areas treated. Ice and follow your surgeons instructions on aftercare. Good luck.
