Hi, None of the things you listed - stress, anxiety, prolonged time in front of the computer, make-up - should not effect the blood flow to the under eye area and lead to loss of the fat grafts. Stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep can lead to puffiness under the eyes, which may effect the appearance of that area whether you have fat grafting or not. It's like doing a facelift on someone who doesn't do good skin care - the results will decent, but they will be so much better if the patient can start a better skincare regimen. If you can make some lifestyle modifications like stress reduction and good sleep, your results from under eye fat grafting can be optimized. Glasses, if they sit directly on the area of the fat grafting, could cause some breakdown of fat cells. But once you are out of the early healing period (4 weeks or so), the fat cells should have a good blood supply and be able to survive even when some pressure is applied to the area. Hope this helps! Best, Dr. C-P
