5 yrs ago I had surgery 2 remove the fat around my eyes. Then my eyes I felt looked sunken& hollow. I went to a doctor because I wanted a neck lift&at the same time he told me would take fat from my abdomen&put it around my eyes in the upper cheek area. Its been months since the surgery. My main concern now is that I went back to tell him about the lumps under my eye&he gave me an injection 3x until now but I feel right after the injection that the lump increases.

Not sure what you have is the injected fat or your actual eye fat that can become more prominent with eyelid procedures. Need to examine you to better help you. You may benefit from transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning.

I'm not sure when you had your procedure, but you may still have swelling which can last 3-6 months after fat transfer. Prednisone, icing, ibuprofen and venus legacy treatments can give improvement. I recommend prp after your procedure to help improve results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

This is a good question.  It is difficult to be absolute correct from the photo.  A good exam in person is best to determine the treatment.  Lumps under the eyelid can occur as a complication from fat transfer.  I have not had any problems like this.  However, I have corrected problems like this for patients.  My recommendation is not to have this area injected with steroids or other solutions.  This may actually increase scarring and create more problems in the future.  I would recommend a consultation to determine the best way for removal of these lumps.  They can be removed, however the surgeon must be experienced in doing so.  Also, it may be fat that is better removed with eyelid surgery.  Again, a consultation is the best way to decide on the next step.  Good Luck.

Lumps after properly performed fat transferred are exceedingly rare and should be easy to managed. Without pre-op photos to compare your present result I can not comment.
