I had bags under my eyes, Hyaluronidase was used to treat the pockets, however, my whole appearance changed.

I had 2 Voluma in Feb 2018 in my cheek area, and other fillers in 2017. Does Hyaluronidase dissolve all fillers throughout the year? Everyone tells me how different i look and i have deep dark circles under my eyes and the pockets are still there.

Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement to under eye bags. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

You may need more hyaluronidase. It takes a series to dissolve filler. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Hope this helps.

Hyaluronidase is used depending on the area needing treatment. You don't want to use too much because your body has it's own hyaluronic acid, which we don't want to dissolve. Typically, we only want to dissolve the product that is unwanted. You may have to repeatedly go back to your injector for more hyaluronidase, as it more precise to go in small amounts (over multiple visits) than too much at one setting. I would follow up with your injector.  I hope this helps!
