Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement to under eye bags. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. You may need more hyaluronidase. It takes a series to dissolve filler. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Hope this helps.

Hyaluronidase is used depending on the area needing treatment. You don't want to use too much because your body has it's own hyaluronic acid, which we don't want to dissolve. Typically, we only want to dissolve the product that is unwanted. You may have to repeatedly go back to your injector for more hyaluronidase, as it more precise to go in small amounts (over multiple visits) than too much at one setting. I would follow up with your injector.  I hope this helps!
