What are the risks involved when using hyaluronidase for dissolving UPPER eyelid filler? I am considering having this done but am very worried due to the thin delicate skin in this area as well as all the terrible experiences I’ve heard of. Thank you!

I suppose if you inject enough hyaluronidase to dissolve HA following a traumatic experience the material can dissolve your own HA. It should not dissolve any of your other tissues. I hope that's helpful to you. Best from Boston, Dr. Onir
