I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.  As long as the capsules do not need to be removed, the procedure to remove the implants is less involved than augmentation.  I encourage you to research board certified plastic surgeons in your area.  I'm confident you will find someone to help you.

I am sorry you are struggling with this. You were right to first go to the surgeon that did your augmentation. I think most Plastic Surgeons would agree that an opportunity to address their patient's concerns and dissatisfaction is always the best. To remove the implants is not really the challenging part...it would be dealing with the tissues that have been distracted from the implant volume and the deflated breasts you are likely to encounter with simply removing the implants that is the greater concern in my opinion. I have had several patients with implants placed by other surgeons they ultimately felt were too large that I removed in the office under local anesthesia, both saline and silicone. In these cases they have all done well and were very happy with their breasts after removal and without considering a lift. I will say all these patients had smaller implants that DDD if that helps clarify. Good luck!

There are several options for removal of implants.  Make sure you are very clear about WHY you want them out.  Many physicians offer different financing options through different companies.  Good luck.
